The word "rescue" in the dictionary states "to save, as from danger or
imprisonment." This is what PPR does. We not only accept birds that can no
longer be kept by their owners but we have taken in birds that were abandoned in
a house to die, birds that have been found outside that were in immediate
danger, and birds found living in horrid conditions that needed immediate
veterinarian care. Some organizations will only accept adoptable birds, but we
are here to help the ones that need our help the most. Every life is precious
and we are here to save lives. Because of this, our medical expenses can be
high, so please consider making a donation today. the best way to make a

need of medicine, food and shelter but you can get a wonderful toy for your

Small Animal Crackers
This is just like our regular animal crackers toy, but half the size for
smaller birds like conures and such. Everything is hung on poly rope,
and then hung by chain for durability. There are safari animals,
wallfle fries, tube beads, and little ring shapes. This is a very
popular toy that most all birds dive into!

Foraging Fun
If you have a cockatoo or african grey,
this type of toy is a must have! Endless, indestructible
entertainment is what you get with this great toy! Great for both
medium and large birds, so you can alternate if you have both. I
have a goffins and a moluccan, and they both would rather unscrew nuts
and bolts to forage for food then to chew on a wood toy.
All parts on this toy are dishwasher safe. The bolts and wing
nuts are stainless steel to last a lifetime. It will come
pre-filled with everyone's favorite "Nutriberries," and it's very
easy to refill after these are gone. You can put seed, pellets,
other treats, fun little toy parts, just about anything inside.
Your bird can see them, but they have to undo the wing nuts, and pull
out the bolts in order to get to them. This toy can have several
different levels of fun as well by simply taking away the wing nuts and
bolts, or taking away the beads inside. The holes in the clear

What a wonderful, all natural, refillable, large bird toy for very
destructive beaks. Especially those that chew rope! This toy is
completely made of chain. It weighs close to five pounds and has a
nice combination of hardwood wheels, pine rectangles, and all natural wood
slices. Each of the four strands has a solid, bird safe welded O ring
at the bottom. At the top of each strand are four quick links
connected to eye hooks. These will come very tight so your bird cannot
open them. When it comes time to refill the toy, open the quick links
with pliers, refill the strands and put them back on! Instantly you
have a nice new toy. The refill kit is available to your right.
The center block of wood that everything hangs from is a very hard piece of
maple, and I have yet to see a bird that can do much if any damage to it!
