We are a 501(c)3 not for profit parrot rescue
organization. We provide a permanent, loving home for those parrots who
are neglected, abused, or simply unwanted. We currently house our rescue
birds in three outside buildings which have heat and air conditioning, and they
are all very content "just being birds"!! They holler, squawk, make big
birdie messes, and all the other neat things parrots do! They have a
varied diet which includes pasta, beans, brown rice, fresh fruits and veggies,
along with a fortified seed diet and Roudybush pellets. Our mission is to
continue providing permanent housing for parrots who are abused and unwanted,
and to educate people about what a huge responsibility it is to own a parrot.

Foraging Fun
If you have a cockatoo or african grey,
this type of toy is a must have! Endless, indestructible
entertainment is what you get with this great toy! Great for both
medium and large birds, so you can alternate if you have both. I
have a goffins and a moluccan, and they both would rather unscrew nuts
and bolts to forage for food then to chew on a wood toy.
All parts on this toy are dishwasher safe. The bolts and wing
nuts are stainless steel to last a lifetime. It will come
pre-filled with everyone's favorite "Nutriberries," and it's very easy
to refill after these are gone. You can put seed, pellets, other treats,

Jumbo Cotton Snuggle Ring
This is a very nice, very durable, tons of fun, 100% Superior cotton rope
swing. I've seen these sold for over a $100.00 before on the web, but
not here at Big Beaks! Yes, they take tons of rope to make, and hours
of tying, but the end result is worth it! This size measures
approximately 22 inches in diameter. Any large bird will enjoy this
nice, soft place to sleep in the top of their cage. The cool part
about these is, the more your birds use them, the nicer they look.
This is also a wonderful "preening" toy for feather pluckers. The
