Most of our toys are wood and are VERY heavy!

For all Hawaii and Alaska orders please note:  You will be charged international shipping rates.  When your order is packed and ready to ship, if the actual shipping cost is substantially less than what you are charged during check out, the difference will be refunded to you.

We DO ship outside of the county via the postal service.  If your country doesn't come up on our list, send us your address, and we will add it to our shopping cart for you.  Also with international shipments, especially Canada...., just like mentioned above, when your order is packed and ready to ship, if the actual shipping cost is substantially less than what you are charged during your check out, the difference will be refunded to you.  If you would like a shipping quote before you place an international order, please send us an e-mail with a list of the items you would like and your full address. 

Payment and shipping Information

For the fastest shipping possible, pay with credit card.  You can phone your order in by calling 678-574-0075 or place the order on-line.  After payment is received, most orders are shipped out within five to ten days. This depends on several factors such as day of the week, what you order, and what's in stock!  Toy parts orders are normally shipped immediately.   You can also send payment through the mail.  If you send a money order, your order will be shipped once it is received.  If you send a check, please make it payable to Big Beaks Bird Toys.  Your order will be held until the funds clear our bank, unless this is otherwise approved.  If paying by money order or check, you can place your order through e-mail.  Simply type the item(s) names and the quantity you would like of each, and that payment is being sent through the mail. There is also an option to do this with the on-line shopping cart. There will be a $40.00 service charge for all checks that do not clear our bank!

Return Policy

For the safety of your birds as well as other peoples birds we do not allow returns.  Please make your selections carefully, and e-mail us if you have any questions, or would like us to make a suggestion for you.  You can also call 678-574-0075 to speak with someone about a particular item.  We will of course replace any item that is shipped in our error.
